Contact form submissions: Name, email address, consultation type preference, signer configuration details, and message content.

Website usage: Essential cookies for site operation. Optional analytics cookies (only with consent) collecting anonymized page views and referral sources.

Consultation engagements: Signer names, contact details, device model information, and geographic locations as provided during sessions. We never collect private keys, seed phrases, or passphrases.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare register documents, send follow-up communications related to your engagement, and improve website performance (with consent for analytics).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (contact forms, analytics cookies), contract performance (consultation deliverables), and legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, maintaining business records).

5. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for twelve months unless an engagement proceeds, in which case records are kept for seven years per Korean commercial record-keeping requirements. Register documents are delivered to clients; we retain copies only when explicitly requested, for a maximum of two years.
