Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds for consultation services booked through App Grove Field Co., Ltd. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or subscription access through this website.

Deposit and Payment

A 40% deposit is required to confirm consultation dates. The remaining balance is due before delivery of final register documents or audit reports.

Full Refund Eligibility

You receive a full deposit refund when:

• You cancel more than fourteen calendar days before the first scheduled session
• App Grove Field cancels or reschedules and you cannot attend the proposed alternative date
• We determine during the scoping call that your requirements fall outside our service scope

Partial Refund

If you cancel within fourteen days of the first scheduled session but reschedule within sixty days, your deposit transfers to the new date. If you cancel within fourteen days without rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or performed:

• Completed register documents or audit reports
• Key ceremony sessions that have commenced (partial refund may apply for sessions ending early due to our error)
• Follow-up verification sessions that have been conducted
• Register amendment sessions that have been completed

Work Already Started

If you cancel after session one of a registration engagement but before session two, you receive a 30% refund of the total engagement fee. Draft register materials prepared during session one are not delivered.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice at least forty-eight hours in advance forfeits that session’s portion of the engagement fee. One rescheduled no-show results in full forfeiture.

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to contact@appgrovefield.click with your booking reference, reason for request, and preferred refund method. We respond within five business days.

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within fourteen business days.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel by email. The cancellation date is the date we acknowledge your request.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per engagement when requested at least seven days before the session. Additional reschedules incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee.

Deposits for Custom Quotes

Custom-quote engagements for seven or more signers require a non-refundable ₩200,000 scoping deposit applied toward the final fee if the engagement proceeds. If you decline the quote, the scoping deposit is retained for the scoping call time.

Materials Purchased on Your Behalf

We do not purchase hardware wallets or materials on behalf of clients. No refund terms apply to client-procured devices.

Exceptions

Exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, natural disaster preventing travel) are reviewed case by case. Contact us with documentation.
