1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing appgrovefield.click or engaging App Grove Field Co., Ltd. (“App Grove Field,” “we,” “us”) for consultation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

App Grove Field provides in-person and remote consultations for offline wallet tracking documentation, multisig device register setup, key ceremony facilitation, and related advisory services. Our services are educational and documentary in nature. We do not custody, manage, or transact cryptocurrency on behalf of clients.

3. No Financial Advice

Information on this website and provided during consultations is for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See our Not Financial Advice page for full details.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for procuring hardware wallets, maintaining private keys and recovery materials, and implementing recommendations from consultation deliverables. App Grove Field never requests, stores, or has access to private keys, seed phrases, or passphrases.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this website — including text, layout, and design — is owned by App Grove Field Co., Ltd. Register documents prepared for clients become client property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized methodological descriptions in educational materials.

6. Consultation Booking and Cancellation

Consultation dates are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the scheduled session receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within fourteen days forfeit the deposit unless rescheduled within sixty days. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, App Grove Field shall not be liable for any loss of cryptocurrency, loss of access to funds, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from client actions, device failures, or third-party software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify App Grove Field against claims arising from your misuse of consultation deliverables, unauthorized sharing of register documents, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
